The AI dispatcher that speaks your drivers' language

Forward a load. It texts your driver in Punjabi, Hindi, Spanish, or English — handles the back-and-forth, gets the confirmation, and sends you a morning summary. Your phone finally stops ringing at 9pm.

Get free setup — 3 fleets only See how it works Free setup + 30 days free, in exchange for a case study. Then $99 per truck per month, cancel any month.

It does the chasing. You run the business.

Speaks every driver's language

Each driver gets messages in the language they actually read — Punjabi, Hindi, Spanish, or English. No app to install. It's the same WhatsApp and texting they use today.

Confirms loads without you

Forward a rate con — even a photo of it. The AI picks the right driver, sends the details, answers their questions, and doesn't stop until the load is confirmed or you're told it isn't.

One summary instead of 40 calls

Every morning: every truck, every load, every open problem — in one message. After-hours questions get answered by the AI first, and only real problems reach you.

Setup takes two weeks

We talk. I measure.

One sit-down — in person or on the phone. I learn your trucks, your drivers, their languages, and we count what dispatch costs you today: the hours, the late loads, the 9pm calls.

I set it up in your accounts

The dispatcher runs in your own WhatsApp Business and your own email. Your data never leaves your control, and you can cut my access any day you want.

Your drivers just… reply

Nothing changes for them — messages arrive in their language, they answer like they always do. You watch the confirmations come in. Thirty days free to see the difference.

Straight answers

Is my data safe? You're asking for my emails and messages.

Everything runs in your accounts — your WhatsApp Business, your email. I never copy your data out, and you can revoke my access any day. I spent years building systems inside Wells Fargo and Bank of the West; handling other people's data carefully is the job I come from.

Can it offer my loads to other carriers when my trucks are full?

Not today — on purpose. Passing loads to outside carriers touches broker-authority rules, and doing it casually is the double-brokering mess every owner knows to fear. That feature comes later, done legally or not at all. Phase 1 pays for itself with your own trucks.

Will my dispatcher lose their job?

No — the AI works under your dispatcher, not instead of them. It does the chasing, reminding, and confirming. Your dispatcher handles brokers, problems, and judgment calls — with a phone that finally isn't blowing up.

My drivers won't use new software.

There's no software for them to use. Messages arrive on the WhatsApp and texts they already have, in the language they already speak. Most drivers never realize anything changed — except the rate con shows up on time.

Why is it free? What's the catch?

I need three case studies with real fleet numbers to charge the next fleets $99 a truck with a straight face. You get the setup free; I get to tell your story — and you approve every word before it's published. That's the whole catch.

Who's Varinder?

I'm an automation engineer who has spent 15+ years building systems at Apple, Wells Fargo, Lewis, and Bank of the West — and the last year going deep on AI, full time.

I've helped small trucking companies before, and I kept seeing the same thing: dispatch held together by one exhausted person, a phone that never stops, and software that doesn't speak the language the fleet actually runs in.

So I built the dispatcher I wished those fleets had. I set it up personally, for a few fleets at a time — no call center, no sales team. You'll have my cell.

Background

  • Apple — software architecture
  • Wells Fargo — enterprise systems
  • Bank of the West — banking tech
  • Lewis — retail technology
  • Small fleets — hands-on dispatch help

Three free setups. Then it's $2,500.

Call or WhatsApp me — I'll show you the dispatcher running on my phone in two minutes.
